Music:if you know me so well then tell me which hand i use
i've never read swann's way. i recently acquired an abridged audiobook of it. would i be doing myself a disservice to listen to it before reading the book? (i've already listened to the winning entry to the all-england summarise proust competition). what if it were unabridged?
(bear in mind that the likelihood of my reading it in french in this lifetime is quite low)
