the magic season

well, the tigers finally have a magic number i feel comfortable talking about. not in the least comfortable with, but comfortable talking about. because they can't possibly reach the jones index number 94. few teams are doing so this year. parity.

the magic number is 3, with four games left to play (four for their rivals too).

so i'm wearing my #3 trammell tee shirt tonight. i'm not at the game in person, though, haven't been in september, actually. but i'm very much there in spirit. on the very edge of my digital seat.
